Service design

Understanding business goals, business resources and processes to start and lead projects that improve customer experiences.

User research

I use different approaches to understand real user needs and bring valuable insights to the company or specific project.

UX concept

I believe projects need a strong process of research and conceptualisation to build solid foundations for online and offline services. This includes (but is not limited to) building information architectures, user journeys, user flows and wireframes.

Prototyping and UI

Using different technologies to build prototypes that can be tested with real people.

Implementation support

I'm fully engaged with projects from start to end, helping teams to correctly implement all design requirements.

Interior design

I build interior design concepts and manage their implementation.

Workshops

I design and conduct design thinking workshops to help other departments or team members solve complex problems or to align project goals.

Instructional Design

I have knowledge in instructional design theories, practices and methods. I combine them with design methods to build engaging learning activities and learning journeys.

Soft Skills

I'm a creative, problem-solving, reliable, team player - and always with a positive attitude 😉
